a. Cancellation by Customer

- 15 to 30 days before the tour departure date: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the tour departure date: No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and any applicable bank fees or transaction charges will be deducted.
b. Cancellation by Journey Makers India
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies), we will offer the following options:
- Full Refund: A complete refund for the amount paid, or
- Rescheduling: The option to reschedule your tour for a later date (subject to availability).
In case of cancellation, we will notify you at the earliest and provide you with the available options.
2. Refund Policy for Additional Services (Transfers, Excursions, etc.)
For additional services like airport transfers, excursions, or activities booked through Journey Makers India:
- More than 7 days before the service date: Full refund, less any processing fees.
- 3 to 7 days before the service date: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the service date: No refund.
In cases where the service is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, local restrictions), a full refund will be provided.
3. Returns Policy for Products and Merchandise
If you purchase products or merchandise from us (e.g., travel accessories, souvenirs, etc.), our returns policy is as follows:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund or exchange, depending on stock availability.
